Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Remove gravel by excavation of existing gravel and dirt for preparation of the synthetic grass to be installed as shown in the diagram. 2. Excavate 1”-2" of compacted material from small area to receive natural grass as shown in diagram. 3. Remove small trees (Espresso Kentucky Coffee trees) near the areas of limestone and install artificial turf in this area. 4. Remove the plant bed near the Pre-K playground chain link fence and install artificial turf in this area. 5. Install the edging system to adjust the shape of gravel area where artificial turf will be installed to secure synthetic grass. 6. Provide and install approx. 3,600 square feet per manufacturer’s specifications of synthetic turf - Polyethylene where the ArmorLocTM 3L dual layer polypropylene; 8mm Polyurethane Foam; SilverBackTM Polyurethane; see the specification for more details. This includes machines, labor, hauling & dumping fees, Sub-Base construction materials; GEO-Textile fabric, plastic lumber perimeter, all anchors, seam materials; Rock limestone subbase; and Envirofill 12/20 Acrylic coated microbial infill for pet and landscaping turf. 2.5 lbs./sq ft (50lb Bag) as shown in the drawing. 7. Install drainage under base for synthetic grass. Install topsoil, plants and mulch at the edge of the new turf area.
