Specifications include, but are not limited to: Retrofit of sewer manhole at the intersection of E. Dunne Avenue and Condit Road to divert sewer flow along E. Dunne Avenue south along Condit Road towards Barrett Avenue, abandonment of existing sewer infrastructure along Condit Road, and installation of approximately 3,436 linear feet of new 12-inch sewer main along Condit Road from E. Dunne Avenue to Barrett Avenue. Furnish all labor, materials, equipment, fuel, tools, and transportation required to complete all work as shown on the Plans and Specifications, including, but not limited to: •Reconstruction of the sewer manhole at the intersection of E. Dunne Avenue and Condit Road to divert sewer flow along E. Dunne Avenue south along Condit Road towards Barrett Avenue. •Install new 12” SDR-26 PVC sanitary sewer pipe, including sewer lateral reconnections, excavation, backfill, compaction, shoring & trench restoration. •Install new sanitary sewer manholes and/or modify existing sanitary sewer manholes as shown on the Plans. •Maintain sanitary sewer flows at all times for the project via temporary sewer bypass pumping system(s) & backup systems as required. •Provide Type II slurry seal along Condit Road for the full width of the roadway for approximately 800 feet of Condit Road. •Provide a 2” grind and overlay of the easterly shoulder of Condit Road after installation of the proposed 12-inch sewer main. •Restripe existing roadway in kind. •Complete all other incidental work related to the above items
