Specifications include, but are not limited to: Integrated Clinical Services (ICS) is seeking providers to carry out a structured educational and training program to test the effectiveness of such a program in producing highly prepared, skilled, and efficient practitioners ready to join ICS primary care teams. This program is a transition to practice educational program for new to primary care nurse practitioner (NPs) and Physician Assistants (PAs) and the health care systems that employ them. It assists in preparing newly graduated practitioners as they transition into professional practice and are prepared for the challenges of primary care and the complexities of today’s patients. It provides evidence-based curriculum to a cohort of participants in weekly, 90 minute didactic sessions that also include review time and space for questions. Also included is individual time with practicing advanced care practitioners (APCs) who can assist with concerns that the participants have about actual patients.
