Key Criteria for Data Collection and Reporting Data tracking available across all platforms Data available on progress across state-specific standards Data available for progress monitoring and development of student-specific IEP goals 3. Training and Professional Development Requirements Agency provides the option for professional development and coaching for teachers Agency has knowledgeable and capable curriculum specialists who will guide our district employees through the implementation process via onsite/online trainings Agency’s customer support is available via phone, email, or an online support portal Agency offers on-site and online training options and refresher trainings as necessary 4. Evidence of Performance Agency has a broad client base of districts of various sizes, with different requirements and unique needs Agency exhibits a strong, steady client retention rate within K-12 public school market that proves its success in providing high levels of value and service to its clients Service provider can present references from districts of similar size and requirements as the DeSoto County School District
