Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Casa Grande requests Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) for a qualified Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) to provide pre-construction services and complete construction services as the CMAR for Trekell Road from McCartney Road to Rodeo Road and McCartney Road from I-10 to SR-387 (Pinal Avenue) in the City of Casa Grande, Arizona. The following scope of work to reconstruct both Projects to provide four (4) through lanes plus a two way left turn lane (TWLTL) includes removal of the existing asphalt pavement, new asphalt pavement, new curb and gutter, upgrades to ADA facilities, driveways, box culvert replacement, scuppers/catch basins, traffic signal, streetlights, sidewalks, pavement markings and signage.
