Needs Assessment through Community Engagement: • Conduct a comprehensive needs assessment through community engagement to identify specific challenges and opportunities for enhancing belonging and connectedness. 3. Examination of Resource Navigation Difficulties: • Explore and analyze difficulties in navigating existing resources and services, focusing on potential barriers the target communities face. 4. Review of Availability and Affordability of Community Spaces: • Evaluate the availability and affordability of community spaces that promote inclusivity and cultural exchange. 5. Comparative Study of Successful Models: • Conduct a comparative study of successful models from other regions that have effectively addressed similar challenges.
