The Successful Proposer will Facilitate the SACU Diversity Awareness Initiative (DAI) Committee. Facilitation activities include: 2.5.1 Recruitment of committee members from across SACU staff; 2.5.2 Implement engagement strategies to increase participation in committee activities; 2.5.3 Develop regular schedule of monthly meeting agendas containing DEI topics to facilitate group discussion; 2.5.4 Develop curriculum and measurable goals for committee activities throughout the Contract term; 2.5.5 Research and implement a DEI training program for SACU employee and manager education; 2.5.6 Review the current written policies, procedures, training curriculum, and communication guidelines of SACU to identify areas where DEI supports can be improved; and 2.5.7 Provide consultation to SACU leadership on how to incorporate DEI principles throughout SACU and how to maintain the effectiveness of the DAI committee after the Contract term ends
