Specifications include, but are not limited to: 4.1The Project shall be for the complete update reappraisal of all taxable real estate within the corporate limits of the Town of West Warwick, Rhode Island, as of December 31, 2024. 4.2All taxable real estate is land, buildings, and improvements (including farm, forest, & open space property). 4.3All work to be carried out in this Project and all forms, materials, and supplies utilized in this Project shall conform to and be executed in accordance with the requirements of the Rhode Island General Statutes pertaining hereto and shall be subject to the direct supervision and approval of the Assessor of the Town of West Warwick, Rhode Island. 4.4The value to be determined shall be one hundred (100%) percent of the full fair market value as defined in the Rhode Island General Statutes (44-5-12) and shall be based upon recognized methods of appraising under the standards of the International Association of Assessing Officers (IAAO). Farm, Forest, Open Space properties will be valued under the most recent law in R.I.G.L. (44-27) 4.5Project does not include tangible calculations.
