Specifications include, but are not limited to: Offeror must agree and sign KDVA’s Corporate Compliance Language. 1. Provide the THVC’s residents with laboratory services as ordered by the attending physician/nurse practitioner and to notify the THVC of the test results. 2. Provide THVC and attending physician/nurse practitioner with a printed copy of the tests results to be placed in the medical record. 3. Comply with all federal and state laws and regulations governing laboratory services. The vendor will also notify THVC of any policy changes derived from current state and federal regulations as they affect the laboratory services. 4. Make all laboratory services available to all residents without regard to race, color, creed, national origin, age, sex, religion or handicap.
