Specifications include, but are not limited to: Remove and replace the Carrier 50 Ton Cooling unit. The new A/C coil and condenser will be Carrier direct replacement equipment. The new coils will be mounted in the same Cabinet as the existing unit and will re use the existing Condenser Pad. Flush and re-use the existing lineset with new ACR Specialties, TXV’s and modify to fit. Provide and install new filter cores in existing cannisters. Remove and recycle existing unit from site and dispose of hazardous waste contained in the system. Based on project below is the scope of work: • Disconnect electrical power wiring, and Controls. • Unsecure Coils from the linesets • Remove Old A/C’s and necessary Piping. • Set new Condenser on concrete pad. • Install new coil in air handler Cabinet. • Flush existing linesets • Connect linesets and leak check. • Reconnect condensate drain. • Startup Units and adjust refrigerant charge • Prep old units for salvage by removing refrigerant, oil, compressors / remove from site.
