Specifications include, but are not limited to: Generally, the Work consists of the following: 1) clearing, grubbing, and stripping of top soil of approximately 0.1 acres; 2) earthwork to include approximately (119) cubic yards of onsite cut for grading an existing building to direct water away from it 3) site paving to include approximately (8) square yards of 6” deep G.A.B. 4) installation and maintenance of erosion control measures to prevent sediment from leaving the 0.1 acre disturbed area which includes temporary and permanent grassing for (0.1) acres, and outlet protection for (1) outfall. 5) installation of landscaping items to include approximately (XXXX) square yards of hydroseeding (all disturbed, non-graveled areas)
