Specifications include, but are not limited to: The work to be done under the project at this location includes furnishing all labor, equipment, materials, and services to construct the stairways and all associated. Specifically, the work to be done at the stairways including, but not limited to, stairway demolition and replacement, installation of drainage, handrails, light standards and foundations, luminaires, conduits, service cabinets, snow melting system, electrical wiring, surveillance, emergency telephone system and plantings. The work also entails the removal and reconstruction of curbs and sidewalk, installation of curbing as needed; installation of concrete handicap ramps; adjustment to existing drainage structures as needed; and adjustment to utility structures to finish grade, and all else necessary and incidental thereto in accordance with construction plans and these specifications.
