Specifications include, but are not limited to: Marietta City Schools is seeking proposals from qualified vendors for Staffing Services for the School Nutrition Program. Services include: 1. The vendor must provide pricing and must be submitted on the enclosed Bidder Response Form. 2. Prior to the start of staffing service, the awarded vendor must participate in an on-site meeting with the School Nutrition Director to review requirements and procedures. 3. Daily Work Requirements a. During regular facility/school hours, staffing personnel MUST SIGN IN at the local school nutrition office upon arriving at the school. All after-hours facility access must be coordinated with the appropriate MCS staff member, and the vendor must sign in according to the policy of that facility. Staff service members must not park vehicles or equipment in such a manner that would block school drivers or bus access points. 4. The awarded company will provide services between the hours of 6:00 A.M. and 3:00 P.M. weekdays (Monday- Friday), as well as after-hours or weekends as directed. This agreement includes 14 kitchen locations for MCS.
