Specifications include, but are not limited to: a) South LTC a. Drain the LTC oil into a clean and dry vessel. Replace the shaft seal and all other original seals and gaskets on the LTC. b. Inspect the internals of the LTC and replace contacts if worn. Check and adjust chain tension if needed but do not over tighten chain. c. Clean the control cabinet and remove debris and oil. Clean and lubricate the position indicator worm gear and mechanism as needed. d. Optional-please provide a sperate price for the following optional services: i. Replace the LTC motor capacitor(s) with new. ii. Replace all control circuit braking resistors, contactors, timers and other replaceable parts of the control circuit. Adjust and calibrate the LTC. iii. Electrically test the transformer including windings, bushings and all arrestors on the transformer. iv. Test all temperature gauges, liquid level gauges and rapid pressure rise relay. b) North LTC a. Drain the LTC oil into a clean and dry vessel.
