Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Tooele County School District is requesting proposals from a single Manufacturer to build a 2 classroom modular unit. Attached floor plans are for reference and bidding purposes only and not intended to be a complete and all-inclusive construction set. (See attached plan); 2. Building must comply with all current applicable codes(IBC 2021, ANSI 117.1 2009, ADAAG 2010, IMC 2021, IPC 2021, IECC 2021, NEC 2020, IFC 2021, NFPA 101 LIFE SAFETY2024); 3. Building to be constructed to satisfy requirements for Occupancy Classification type“E”. 4. (3rd party) certified state inspections to be held during construction. 5. Weekly in-plant inspections to take place by Tooele County School District. 6. Building to have a general manufacturer’s warranty of one (1) year. 7. Building to have a roofing warranty of a minimum of twenty (25)years. 8. Building to be delivered to site water tight. 9. Building Manufacturer to provide set-up, as well as, installation of metalskirting. 10. All lumber shall be grade stamped by an approved agency. (WWPA, WCLG, or approved equal)
