Specifications include, but are not limited to: On-Call General Services • Repair and replacement of water, sewer, and road infrastructure that does not constitute an emergency through a disruption to service to the customers. • Provide a final cost estimate before beginning the project. • Timely response with equipment, material, and workforce to complete the project. • May include maintenance, replacement, and repair, of pipes, vaults, valves, manholes, fill material, pavement, and other affected facilities. • Other services mutually agreed upon. On-Call Emergency Services • 24 hours 7 days a week availability of services with the response time being no more than 60 minutes from phone call or electronic notification and equipment on-site within 120 minutes. • Provide two contacts for on-call emergency services. • Timely restoration of breaks, leaks, or other damage to water or sewer mains, service laterals, valves, pressure-reducing stations, and other related infrastructure. • Assist the City with an inventory of materials to keep on ad for timely restoration of facilities
