Specifications include, but are not limited to: The following services will be provided to your organization by PLS upon agreement to a 5 year subscription to PLS Continuing Dispatcher Education: • A package of twelve one hour lessons, one per month during the subscription year. • A Lesson Plan for each lesson and a Certificate of Completion upon passing the exam, that can be used in the recertification process. • Lessons recognized by IAED to satisfy EMD, EFD, EPD and ETC CDE, and APCO 33 requirements on an hour-for-hour basis. • Lessons satisfy continuing dispatcher education requirements in states that have minimum CDE standards, including POST. • Lessons available online 24/7, without the need for special hardware or software • Licensed lessons are available for 2 months, with an extension upon request. • Client support is available through the internal messaging function or by phone during normal business hours (CST). All inquiries will be answered within 24 hours.
