Remove existing 2000 Amp, 480Y/277 volts, 3 phase stand-alone switchboard breaker that serves the electric boiler. E. Remove existing 3000 Amp rated interior/exterior busway. F. Remove existing 400 Amp Motor Control Center. G. Provide new 3000 Amp Main Service Switchboard. H. Provide new 3000 Amp Service Entrance Rated Busway to feed new Main Service Switchboard. I. Provide new 225 Amp, 480Y/277 volts, 3 phase panelboard and feeder. J. Reconnect all existing loads to new gear. K. Provide new LED lights throughout the Central Energy Plant. L. Project lay-down area will be limited, and will be coordinated with CCGA. Provide fencing and protect trees. Restore lay-down area upon completion of project. M. Protect site and existing paving in the lay down area and along the route of material and personnel access to the building using rubber mats supplied by CCGA. N. Protect existing floors, finishes and building during the HVAC upgrades. O. Provide new finishes in finished spaces to match existing where specified.
