Specifications include, but are not limited to: Paradigm Charter School is seeking qualifications from qualified and experienced design professionals to provide comprehensive design services for the construction of a new 16,000 square foot gymnasium and convert our current gymnasium into a 5,500 square foot Auditorium. The gymnasium is intended to meet safety requirements for hosting basketball and volleyball games in compliance with league specifications. The selected firm will be responsible for conducting geotechnical investigation, topography survey, and providing civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering services. The ultimate goal is to produce complete construction drawings stamped by the respective professionals for obtaining a building permit, bidding, and construction.
