Programming: Collaborate with town officials and stakeholders to define the functional requirements and space needs for the Police/Emergency Operations Center. c. Design Development: Develop conceptual designs and architectural renderings for the proposed center, incorporating innovative and sustainable design principles. d. Recommendations: Present recommendations regarding site selection, building layout, materials, and technology integration to optimize functionality and efficiency. e. Cost Estimation: Provide estimates of probable cost for construction, equipment, and other associated expenses for the construction of the facility.
