Design Development: Develop conceptual designs and architectural renderings for the proposed center, incorporating innovative and sustainable design principles. d. Recommendations: Present recommendations regarding site selection, building layout, materials, and technology integration to optimize functionality and efficiency. e. Cost Estimation: Provide estimates of probable cost for construction, equipment, and other associated expenses for the construction of the facility.
