Specifications include, but are not limited to: I. Introduction. University of Houston currently consists of 167 buildings on the main campus and 15 buildings at Energy Research Park, encompassing more than 14.2 million square feet of building space on 667 acres. The University’s enrollment is over 42,000 students and increasing. Peak electrical demand is 40,000 KVA in the summer. Peak chilled water demand is 18,000 tons. Peak steam demand is 70,000 lbs/hr in the winter season. II. Service Locations. Contract services may be required at UH Main Campus, UH TechBridge, Katy Campus or Sugarland Campus. III. Requested Services. University of Houston request your company provide the following services on an “as needed" basis for our Typical Equipment (see below) and infrastructure. Services provided will be sourced internal to your company or provided via third party with established pass through upcharge: a. General Services: i. Preventive Maintenance ii.
