The awarded vendor will be responsible for: • The removal of the existing cameras and DVRs from our fleet of 55 buses. o Per bus, three (3) cameras and one (1) DVR to be removed. A total of 165 cameras and 55 DVRs removed. • Installing six (6) new cameras and one (1) new DVR per bus for our fleet of 55 buses, a total of 330 cameras and 55 DVRs installed. All equipment must be new. o Per bus, five (5) of the cameras shall be ultra-wide cameras in a zig zag format with one (1) interior windshield camera pointing out the front windshield. • Installing access points at two (2) bus lots on the building exterior that will tie to the District server. • Ensuring automatic video retrieval of the videos from the bus DVR to the District server. • Ensuring Wi-Fi wireless configuration. • Providing the necessary software(s) that integrate with the installed hardware. • Providing warranties, maintenance and customer service on the entire system. • Training District staff and providing operation manual(s) for District staff. • Providing and installing equivalent loaner equipment during equipment maintenance or repairs. • Ensuring project completion, a fully functional system, and training of District staff before July 31, 2024.
