Specifications include, but are not limited to: Proposer shall state the unit price per therm transported to the Atlanta Gas Light Company (AGL) city gates for each facility on an as needed basis as well as any differences to the AGL base charge listed on the proposal form. The proposed price must include any and all transportation, storage, and handling costs. CCSD will not pay additional charges. Proposer must include a detailed explanation of any and all additional customer charges in addition to AGL base charges. The proposer must maintain the insurance requirements as specified in General Terms (General Term #30). No proposals will be accepted without the required insurance limits. The proposer must maintain insurance coverage for duration of the contract with CCSD including all renewals. Proposer must have local representation residing within the Metro Atlanta area and provide a list or resume of the representative’s qualifications in natural gas and knowledge of AGL system including the State of Georgia deregulated market place. The successful proposer’s representative will be responsible for consulting and notifying the CCSD designee of current market conditions and/or changes for the duration of the agreement term.
