Specifications include, but are not limited to: i. Mock trial court trainers will provide services for a minimum of one, fourhour training session per fiscal year, and may be invited to provide services for additional four-hour training sessions during the fiscal year at DOCJT’s discretion. ii. Mock trial court trainers will serve in the role as defense attorney in mock trial settings based on cases students have worked during the course of their training. iii. Mock trial court trainers will provide the following services: 1. Review students’ paperwork and materials prior to the courtroom exercise when possible; 2. Cross-examine the students on their testimony; and 3. Critique the students’ performances as to their paperwork and materials presented on their testimony given during the mock trial court setting.
