Specifications include, but are not limited to: All items above bottom of fascia. 1. Old shingle demo. 2. Add new asphalt shingles system and underlayment. 3. Omit and fill in old built in roof gutters. 4. Install new cement board fascia, rake fascia’s and metal drip flashings. 5. Install new gutters and down spout segments. 6. Shorten all 4 chimneys and rebuild tops and stabilize. Add alternate #1 all items below bottom of fascia. 1. Restore and paint all wood windows systems. 2. Restore and paint all soffits systems. 3. Restore and repaint all previous panted trims, corbels, freeze boards, gable trims, running trims and painted gable shingles. 4. Repaint pipe rails at window wells and metal on stairs and all stair handrails and guard rails.
