How soon can the company be prepared to go “live” for student instruction? What process(s) are in place to ensure Tier I instruction is delivered consistently across subject areas and grade bands? What process(s) are in place for RTI Tier II remediation? How are RTI Tier II instruction/assessments progress monitored to ensure fidelity? If not, please explain. What is the guaranteed uptime of your system (not including scheduled upgrades or maintenance)? Please explain. Are system upgrades and maintenance performed during non-business hours? How do you communicate with the LEA on when maintenance will be performed? Do you maintain backup and disaster recovery plans for the system? Please describe the plans. Explain your security protocols for ensuring the protection and privacy of user data. Do you maintain and routinely test security protocols? Please describe your test procedures. Are all systems and processes performed and housed internally? If not, list any outsourced processes and/or resources and the vendors that perform them. Describe the minimum system requirements for end users and administrators. Include any specific requirements for hardware, software, Internet connectivity, browser types, plug-ins, etc.
