Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Install Spacesaver DSM Pass-Thru Evidence Lockers (4’-4’6 W) All 24” D x82”H rear door access, keyless access or equivalent. The lockers will also include (1) trouble locker with a combination lock and a drug specific storage locker vented to the outside to exhaust all fumes. B. Install security fire rated door with interior hinges and new Sargent Assa 8200 series mortise lock and deadbolt. Area around door will be patched, primed, and painted to match existing. C. Supply and install (1) 300-500 cfm exhaust fan with new 10” ducting connected to existing Evidence room hood with on/off switch adjacent the hood location. Provide all labor and materials as required to modify the supply and return air ducting to accommodate. Provide air balance to affected areas upon completion. D. Contractor to remove and dispose existing light fixtures and switching in Evidence room as necessary to accept new lighting. E. Contractor to supply and install new LED lighting in Evidence Room with T24 compliant dimmer switches and occupancy sensors as required. F. Contractor shall provide and install a small refrigerator that fits the existing Evidence room dimensions per the direction of the Facilities Analyst. G. Contractor will provide moving boxes and labels as necessary (in coordination of the phasing map and schedule) for CHP to pack up all necessary contents from the Evidence room. CHP Evidence Officer will relocate all contents to a designated on-site temporary storage area, and then back to the original location upon completion of project. H. Contractor will provide all labor as required, to disassemble and move all furniture from the project area, and then back upon project completion. I. Contractor will produce and manage a detailed construction schedule throughout the project and coordinate all work with the Facilities Analyst to ensure compliance. J. Upon contract award, Contractor will provide a hard copy plan set as required to the Facilities Analyst for review. K. Contractor will perform daily progress cleaning of the work area and will remove all debris daily to ensure a clean, safe area that does not impede CHP operations. L. Contractor, at no expense to the State of California, will repair any damage caused by the Contractor or any of his/her workers. M. Contractor will field verify all measurements encompassed in this project and is solely responsible for their accuracy. N. Contractor will warranty all parts and workmanship for a period of (1) year. Contractor to supply the manufacturer’s warranties and manuals for any parts used in this project.
