Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor shall be responsible to: • Remodel services • Purchase and installation of workstation(s) per this RFP’s required specifications • Provide a schedule and timeline for project completion • Responsible for obtaining all permit(s) and permit re-inspection(s) required by Federal, State, County and municipal laws, regulations, codes, and ordinances for the performance of the work required in these specifications, if applicable. o Responsible for all such fees charged and to be listed on invoice as a “pass thru". • Provide all labor, supervision, material, equipment, and tools to perform and complete the work. • Contractor shall have a designated responsible person on-site to facilitate necessary supervision of installation and liaison with FPUA’s Water Resources Superintendent or designate. • Contractor is responsible for all of its equipment, materials, and personnel while on FPUA property. • The Contractor and/or employees shall present a professional appearance, properly uniformed, courteous and conduct themselves in a respectable manner in the performance of the duties and while on FPUA properties. • Contractor and/or employees shall perform all work in an orderly and professional manner.
