Pine stringers 2’ x 12” ii. 2 x 10 stepping stock treads iii. 1x PTP plate on solid concrete footer iv. Frame TO existing width v. Re align existing handrail with installation of new stairs 9. Electric inspection a. Inspect electric per specs attached. 10. Water leak inspection/repair a. Inspect water leak and repair per specs attached. 11. Floor Coverings a.
