The ADES is reviewing Procurement options for Peer Mentoring Services and is interested in responses to this RFI from a variety of sources. Responses will be used to inform DERS about potential recommendations and needs as it relates to the RFI and potential procurement options. Please provide as much detail(s) to each question below. 4.1. Describe the peer mentoring services your organization provides to state or federal incarcerated individuals. 4.2. Describe the types of programs or services your organization offers in peer mentoring. 4.3. Describe your organization's relationship with federal prisons, if any, to provide these services by a Certified Peer Mentor. 4.4. Describe how your organization collaborates within the community. 4.5. Describe your experience in providing group mentoring services. 4.6. Describe how your organization measures the success of your peer mentoring program and provide any supporting data, if available.
