1. Remove existing light bulbs and return to CCC. Refer to Exhibit 1 ‘Existing Lone Tree Light Bulbs and Fixtures’ and Exhibit 2 ‘Existing Fourth Street Light Bulbs and Fixtures’ for information pertaining to existing light bulbs and fixtures. 2. Furnish and install ‘Dark Sky City’-certified and CCC-approved light bulbs within existing fixtures as identified under ‘Specifications’ within this Section, which are approximately 30 feet high at each Site. 3. The awarded contractor is to verify and provide submittals for approval all light bulbs and any associated accessories required for full functionality prior to ordering. 4. New LED light must fit inside current main body of current light fixture. CCC has provided light body size, but it is the contractor’s responsibility to verify light body fixture. • Lone tree campus body fixture is ((L x W x H) 42 ¾” x 14” x 8” • 4th Street campus body of fixture is ((L x W x H) 36” x 9 ½” 5 ½” 5. Parking Lot at both campuses will be open during regular business hours. College summer hours are Monday thru Thursday 7:00am to 6:00pm and closed on Friday. Contractor can work during campus open hours but must work around car park during open hours. Least number of cars in parking lot at both campuses is May 13th to June 3rd. 6. Light install will start no earlier than May 13, 2024, and be completed by June 30, 2024. 7. At the conclusion of the project, provide verification that the newly installed light bulbs are operational. SPECIFICATIONS • Total Light Count: o Lone Tree Campus: 71 Lights o Fourth Street Campus: 32 Lights Note: It shall be the contractor’s responsibility to verify light fixture count at both campuses. • ‘Dark Sky City’-certified and CCC-approved light bulbs. Contractor must provide complete specifications of proposed light bulbs and any necessary accessories. • LED light will be a minimum of 5-year warranty and 50,000 life hours. Alternate 1 shall include pricing for a 10- year warranty and 100,000 life hours.
