Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. The Mover will provide the trucks, labor, dollies and all equipment needed to accomplish moves in a timely and professional manner. All employees will be uniformed employees. 2. The Mover will have a minimum of two supervisors on site throughout the move process. Each of the supervisors will have a minimum of two years of experience in office and industrial moving. 3. The Mover will assure that each supervisor is equipped with a cellular phone. 4. The Mover will appoint a project manager for each project. The Mover will assure that the name and contact information for his project manager is provided to the Charleston County School District Delivery Support Manager for each move. The Project Manager will be on sight throughout each move process. 5. The Mover will participate in the development of a move plan and will conduct the move in accordance with the plan. The Mover will develop an itinerary and agenda in writing and deliver to the Delivery Support Manager for each project. 6. The Mover will provide detailed moving instructions for each Charleston County School District employee. The Mover will be available for questions and training relative to the packing and moving instructions. 7. The Mover will provide labels and instructions relevant to their use in an effort to expedite accurate placement at destination. 8. The Mover will use two-sided gondolas approved by Charleston County School District to move all of the books in the library. 9. The Mover will provide rates for additional cartons, paper, and tape for Charleston County School District employees to use in packing specialty items. 10. The Mover will use computer carts approved by Charleston County School District to move the computer equipment to eliminate the need to pack the computer equipment.
