Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Details. a. The KLEC facilitates all scheduling and screening events for Law Enforcement Suitability Pre-Employment Psychological Assessment screening events. b. On average, the KLEC facilitates three (3) suitability screening events per week, for an approximation of fourteen hundred (1,400) annually. c. Attendance may be as little as one (1) or as many as one hundred (100) applicants per screening event. d. The KLEC will serve as the centralized billing point for all invoicing. 2. Services to be Provided. a. Contractor shall provide Pre-employment Psychological Suitability Screening that: 1) Shall be standardized, reliable, and validated; 2) Measures predicative behaviors which are relevant to job related duties, including but not limited to: i. Cognitive abilities; ii. Personality characteristics; iii. Related constructs, including integrity and conscientiousness; 1) Categorizes applicant’s law enforcement suitability; 2) Identifies predictors; 3) Provides both independent and objectively scored psychometric measures; 4) Is consistent with applicable requirements of all formal bodies, licensure entities, governmental or otherwise, to which the Contractor and contractor employees are subject. and 5) Is created by psychologists with the necessary qualifications and licenses to provide Pre-employment Psychological Suitability Screening services. b. Contractor shall provide notice to the KLEC upon applicant’s completion of screening. c. Contractor shall provide authorized personnel in the hiring agencies access to a web-based administrative tool for the purpose of accessing and downloading assessment results.
