Contractor’s Facility A. Maintain a facility with the capacity to process and store up to 300 State of Alaska CFU and state firearms and accessories at a time, at minimum B. Maintain a facility with the capacity to safely clean biohazard weapons C. Maintain a secure facility with proper security measures and locked storage areas for firearms Pick Up A. Within five days of the request for pick-up, schedule a date with the state to travel to Anchorage for the crating B. Supply all shipping materials needed prior to the scheduled crating date (shipping crates, packing paper, packing tape, bubble wrap, and other materials can be mailed to the pick-up location in advance) C. Provide two NICS-background check-cleared employees of the Contractor to crate the firearms and accessories with DPS Supply staff for every pick-up Auctioneering Services A. Complete all Auctioneer Responsibilities identified in Sec 3.01 Scope of Work to the satisfaction of the state, including maintaining an up-to-date records, completing background checks for buyers, and providing prompt payments to the state
