Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of this solicitation is to enter into contract with qualified, reputable OEM & OE automotive parts and supply companies to support our Vehicle Maintenance department and other Mesa Public Schools sites as appropriate. This offer is designed to cover purchases in multiple transactions of various quantities, to multiple vendors, throughout each school year of this potential 5-year contract. Mesa Public School’s estimated annual expenditure is $600,000. Mesa Public Schools will not be bound to purchase a minimum quantity during the contract period. The budget listed is an estimated amount of business to accumulate under this contract, annually. The District reserves the right to increase or decrease any estimated budget. No commitment of any kind is made regarding potential volume. This contract will cover OEM aftermarket replacement parts, OE dealer replacement parts, and all other automotive parts and supplies as needed by the District. Mesa Public Schools owns and operates 554 school buses and 485 fleet vehicles (including small, medium and heavy-duty trucks, cargo vans, passenger vans, SUV’s, and sedans) of varying manufacturers.
