This Community Center Rooftop HVAC Units Replacement - a Federally Funded Project which includes but is not limited to replacing eighteen HVAC units at the Carson City Community Center including 2 evaporative units for the gym, 2 condensing split units at the NE corner, 13 package rooftop units and 1 makeup air unit. The bid price shall include costs for engineer design and specifications, state and local permitting, removal of existing units, installation of new units with any required plumbing/venting, replacement of all Alterton Controls, installation of new slide control thermostats and temperature sensors, pre and post-installation testing, adjusting and balancing, as-built drawings and all tools, equipment, materials, and labor for the full installation of the new HVAC units. Carson City Public Works will purchase the permit from the Carson City Building Department, the contractor will be responsible for submitting the permit application and plans required for the local building permit.
