Dye: Chlorine resistance & meets ASTM Wash Fastness Standard of 4 on 0-5 scale for shade & stain. (c). Stitching: All parts joined with 3-needled felled seams. (d). All hems - 1/2" wide, double folded and finished w/overlapping circular stitching to tolerance of +/- 1/8". (e). Labels: 1-5/8" x 2-1/2" woven fabric labels indicate care instructions, fabric content and color coded for size and easy distribution and identification. (f). Thread: Tex Size T-40, D-Core or equivalent thread is used on all interior and exterior seams and is color matched to the garment. (g). Construction: No elastic, No pockets, No collar, no places to hide contraband. 6 solid brass, nickel plated snaps, hemmed sleeves and bottoms. (h). Screen printing: Each jumpsuit shall be screen printed on back with Chatham County Inmate in 2" letters - Green jump with white lettering and orange and tan jump with black lettering. (i).
