Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor shall provide the following services upon each scheduled maintenance cycle: All litter and debris shall be removed before other services begin. Grounds Maintenance shall include mowing, trimming, edging, removal of excessive clippings and power blowing or sweeping all hard surfaces. Chemical edging may be used with prior approval from the City’s project area inspector. Chemical applications must be applied by an Oklahoma licensed Certified Applicator or a Service Technician working under the supervision of a Certified Applicator. Service definitions are attached. The Contractor must take all appropriate measures to ensure the safety of the citizens during each Grounds Maintenance cycle. Contractor must supply a list of all types of equipment that will be used to perform the Grounds Maintenance. All equipment used must maintain deflector guards to reduce the risk of flying debris.
