Specifications include, but are not limited to: Remove and dispose of existing materials including: roof framing, sheathing, underlayment, metal roofing and sky lights at a legal approved site. Remove damaged 8” x 8” x 16” concrete masonry units. Install new roofing material including 2” x 8” roof rafters, 5/8” CDX sheathing, #30 underlayment, easy-lock metal roofing, protrusion jacks, roof flashing, gable ends and fascia metal in “cordovan brown” or similar OPRD approved color. Install new concrete masonry units. Install two (2) new velux fixed flat roof sky lights (model FCM1446). All products to be installed to industry standards and according to manufacturer’s recommendations. Prepare interior and exterior of building for painting: remove peeling paint, smooth transitions between layers and encapsulate interior/exterior surface with ecobond LBP lead defender.
