Specifications include, but are not limited to: Provide personal, vocational, educational, and mental health counseling, consultation, treatment planning, case management and referral for students on an individual and small group basis up to 12 sessions per academic year. In person sessions will occur on site at UW Green Bay Sheboygan campus one day per week during academic year and UW Green Bay Manitowoc campus one day per week during academic year. Service would have to be scheduled on the same day each week (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or a Thursday). Student from one campus may travel to other if in person session desired on that day. Ability to see students from other UW-Green Bay campus locations as needed. Ability to provide on-call / virtual services during nonacademic year (June, July, August).
