Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. The DTA is seeking one mid-sized SUV with a minimum seating capacity for 7 people to transport bus operators to and from DTA properties, and for supervisors and staff use for business travel. 2. The DTA is requesting new or used model year 2023 or 2024 vehicles with a factory warranty, available for immediate delivery. 3. Examples include a Ford Explorer, Toyota 4 Runner, Jeep Grand Cherokee, Kia Telluride, etc. Other makes and models that meet the specifications herein will also be considered. 4. The vehicle must be all-wheel drive with a minimum of a 6-cylinder engine that uses regular gasoline. Vehicles that require premium gasoline or diesel fuel will not be accepted. 5. The DTA prefers a vehicle that comfortably seats seven adults, has a minimum wheelbase of 115 inches, and with generous cargo room for equipment. 6. Hybrid vehicles will be considered provided they meet the specifications herein. 7. The vehicles must include standard all-season tires, electric door locks, electric windows, an AM/FM radio, floor liners and a rust prevention undercoating. Each vehicle must include 5 sets of Factory Keys in the base price. 8. Prior to delivery, the vehicles must be serviced and ready for daily use. 9. The Bidder will provide the technical specifications of the vehicle(s), including details of the factory warranty on the attached form at the time of Bid submission. 10. The DTA may elect to purchase an additional OEM bumper to bumper warranties as a valueadded service. Bidder should provide additional information regarding the available extended OEM warranty coverage options specific to each vehicle offered.
