Specifications include, but are not limited to: • The chosen consultant is required to identify and implement a Pavement Management System (e.g., Street Saver or PAVER or equivalent), along with any relevant add-on modules. The consultant's recommendation should be based on an evaluation of features/functionality and alignment with the City's needs. • The City will handle the procurement and payment of software licensing through the contract with the selected consultant. Therefore, the cost of the cloud-based software should be integrated into the proposals. • The responsibilities of the selected consultant include comprehensive data entry into the chosen Pavement Management System. The City will provide its existing GIS data, including the street centerline file, to support this process. • Additionally, the selected consultant is accountable for providing necessary training to City staff on utilizing the selected pavement management system. This training should enable staff to update data, add new road segments, and generate applicable reports. Proposals must include a detailed description of the proposed training process.
