Approximately two (2) matching 40' x 80' shade canopies. 18 concrete blocks. Approximately seventy-five (75) 8' x 30" banquet tables in good working condition with no staples. Approximately two-hundred fifty (250) plastic folding chairs. Canopies must be assembled no later than 3:00 p.m. on July 1, 2024 and dismantled no later than 3:00 p.m. July 5, 2024. The delivery address is Sandy Promenade 173 Sego Line Dr. Sandy, UT 84070. Please quote all items per item, i.e., each 10' x 10' canopies per canopy, each table, chair, etc. Balloon Festival August 9-10th (*Two different addresses. Please refer below.) One (1) 20' x 20' canopy at Storm Mountain Park. Approximately four (4) 1-' x 10' canopies at the area south of Sandy City Hall. Canopies for Storm Mountain Park must be assembled no later than 3:00 p.m. on August 8, 2024 and dismantled no sooner than 2:00 p.m. August 10th and no later than 3:00 p.m. August 12, 2024. Canopies for the area south of City Hall must be assembled no later than 3:00 p.m. on August 8, 2024 and dismantled no sooner than 2:00 p.m. August 12th and no later than 3:00 p.m. August 13, 2024. *Note the delivery addresses will be: Storm Mountain Park located at 11400 South 1000 East Sandy, U 84094 (one canopy). Sandy Promenade located at 173 Sego Lily Drive Sandy, UT 84070 (four canopies). All sites need to be Blue Staked. Heritage Festival September 28th Approximately sixteen (16) 10' x 10' canopies. Approximately ten (10) 8' x 30" banquet tables and twelve (12) plastic folding chairs. Canopies must be assembled no later than 3:00 p.m. on Friday, September 27, 2024 and dismantled no sooner than 4:00 p.m. September 28th and no later than 10:00 a.m. September 30, 2024. The delivery address is Main Street Park located at 8760 South 60 East Sandy, UT 84070. All sites need to be Blue Staked. Trunk-or-Treat October 26th Approximately four (4) 10' x 10' canopies with 3 walls. Canopies need to be assembled no later than 3:00 p.m. on Friday, October 25, 2024 and dismantled no sooner than 4:00 p.m. October . 26th and no later than 10:00 a.m. October 28, 2024.
