4th of July Celebration (173 Sego Lily Dr. Sandy, UT 84070) Approximately fifty-five (55) regular units. Approximately six (6) ADA units. Approximately fourteen (14) hand washing stations. Approximately two (2) gray water tanks. All units will need to be delivered no later than 2:00 p.m. on July 1, 2024 and removed no later than 3:00 p.m. July 5, 2024. Extra paper and soup will need to be provided in case the units run out. A set of access keys will also need to be provided. Vendor needs to guarantee that the units will be serviced (emptied, cleaned, and refilled with soap, water, and paper) sometime between the hours of 2:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. on July 4th or the day of our event celebration. Balloon Festival August 9-10th (*Two different addresses. Please refer below.) Balloon Launch - *Storm Mountain Park, 11400 S. 1000 E. Sandy, UT 84094 Approximately three (3) regular units. Approximately one (1) hand washing station. All units will need to be delivered no later than 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 8, 2024, and be picked up no later than 2:00 p.m. on Monday, August 12, 2024. Balloon Glow - *Sandy Promenade 173 Sego Lily Dr. Sandy, UT 84070 Approximately sixteen (16) regular units. Approximately two (2) ADA units. Approximately four (4) handwashing stations. Approximately one (1) grey water tank. All units will need to be delivered no later than 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 8, 2024, and be picked up no later than 2:00 p.m. on Monday, August 12, 2024. Heritage Festival September 28th (Main Street Park located at 8760 South 60 East Sandy, UT 84070) Approximately two (2) regular units. Approximately one (1) hand-washing station. All Units will need to be delivered no later than 2:00 p.m. on Friday, September 27, 2024, and be picked up no later than 2:00 p.m. on Monday, September 30, 2024. Trunk-or-Treat October 26th (Sandy Promenade 173 Sego Lily Drive Sandy, UT 84070) Approximately fourteen (14) regular units. Approximately one (1) ADA unit. Approximately two (2) handwashing stations. All Units will need to be delivered no later than 2:00 p.m. on Friday, October 25, 2024, and be picked up no later than 2:00 p.m. on Monday, October, 28, 2024.
