Specifications include, but are not limited to: These specifications/scope of services are intended to be primarily goal-oriented versus prescriptive in nature. Bidders shall describe their approach to supply, haul and spread gravel on Lincoln County’s Swamp Road and provide a manufacturer’s warranty as well as a contractor’s warranty. The minimum length of the warranty shall be specified. Material must be ¾” crushed road gravel. Material must be dump spread within marked sections on Swamp Road. No material may be placed into wetland areas or ditches. Contractor shall be responsible for all road damage to other roads and associated costs as a result of this project. Lincoln County Forestry will mark locations for gravel to be spread. Lincoln County Forestry will do final level. Successful bidder is expected to supply all equipment, materials, and labor necessary to complete this job to the satisfaction of the Lincoln County Forestry, Land, and Parks Department. Successful bidder is responsible for cleanup and appropriate disposal of any and all waste generated from the completion of this job Successful bidder will be responsible for completing site plan/design, all other required documentation and completed applications to Lincoln County Zoning, DNR and DSPS.
