Specifications include, but are not limited to: These specifications/scope of services are intended to be primarily goal-oriented versus prescriptive in nature. Bidders shall describe their approach to provide the installation of the concrete aprons and provide a manufacturer’s warranty as well as a contractor’s warranty. The minimum length of the warranty shall be specified. The successful bidder will be responsible for pouring concrete slabs, approximately 6 inches thick with thickened edges using 6 inch by 6 inch wire mesh reinforcement and rebar on the outer edges. Construction must meet general masonry guidelines to resist cracking and promote durability. Aprons must be sealed with a broom finish. Aprons must have less than ¼ inch change in elevation at the entries to meet ADA Guidelines. Aprons must have less than 1:48 out slope. See site sketches and ADA specifications attached. Successful bidder is expected to supply all equipment, materials, and labor necessary to complete this job to the satisfaction of the Lincoln County Forestry, Land, and Parks Department. Successful bidder is responsible for cleanup and appropriate disposal of any and all waste generated from the completion of this job
