Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Clearing and grubbing. • General site grading of approximately 37 acres of commercial/industrial lots including grading for future roadways. • Grading and restoration for approximately 4,800 linear feet of stormwater bypass swale. • Approximately 235 linear feet of HDPE storm sewer and 180 linear feet of RCP storm sewer including endwalls. • All other surface/turf restoration work including erosion control. • Bid Alternate A includes installation of approximately 1,100 linear feet of ductile iron water main extension including all fittings and appurtenances and approximately 650 linear feet of PVC sanitary sewer including all associated structures and appurtenances.
