Specifications include, but are not limited to: The work shall consist of mowing of all grasses and vegetation cut 6”above the level of the ground. The contractor shall maintain an appropriate speed to maintain a uniform cut. Mow one swath from the outside edge of the gravel shoulder or edge of pavement at a distance of 6’ minimum. This mowing is done twice a year in each township. The mowing shall be completed within 30 calendar days of commencement of work. All unplatted roads shall be mowed with the following exceptions for platted roads. Comstock Township – Leigh Avenue Cooper Township – Collingwood Avenue Sprinkle Road between G Avenue and BL-I94 shall be mowed out to the R.O.W in this area, or uptp existing fence in some sections for all three cycles. All other portions will follow the set schedule. This section shall be mowed as wide as terrain and woody vegetation allow. The island at the intersection of Sprinkle Road and 24th Street shall be mowed in entirety.
