Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Oregon Department of Revenue (“Agency”) seeks security camera system equipment including services of installation, configuration, migration of devices from old to new network video recorder (“NVR”), licensing, warranty, and support, as described herein. A) Network Video Recorders (NVR) DOR’s main building in Salem currently has 2 new NVR’s running exacqVision VMS model IP08-240TR4Z-E-H1. DOR’s 5 Field Offices each have NVRs. Field offices are located in Portland, Gresham, Bend, Medford and Eugene. DOR intends to replace only the 5 NVRs located in each of the five field offices with a new NVR each, with the following requirements: NVR requirements include: 1. Windows OS. 2. Enterprise level licensing compatible with existing DOR exacqVision NVRs and cameras. 3. Viewable with the currently used client, simultaneously from DOR HQ 4. Can be OS and client updated and patched. 5. The capacity to host up to 24 IP cameras each. 6. Ability to use AD for authentication, AD groups for permissions. 7. Time and date marking for evidence admissibility.
