Specifications include, but are not limited to: The contractor will complete the following as a part of the Base Bid: • The contractor shall procure, store, and deliver materials free of defect at the time of the renovation. All materials are to be protected from freezing or overheating in accordance with manufacturer’s instructions. • Provide barricades to identify the work area, signage to reroute the public and residents, and where applicable, plastic sheeting to prevent dust and debris from permeating the surrounding area. • Remove, dispose of, and replace all exterior doors with same size commercial steel clad doors and storm doors including the front door and sidelights, frames, and patio door. • Remove, dispose of, and replace all exterior windows with locking double hung vinyl windows and screens. • Remove, dispose of, and replace 40 cakes of concrete sidewalk • Remove, dispose of, and replace ramp and railing along Irwin Avenue with concrete ramp and metal railing. Ramp and railings are to be ADA compliant. • Remove, dispose of, and replace metal railing with new like kind metal railing located on the concrete steps leading from Vanderbraak Street to the back door of the facility • Install a battery backup for the sump pump
